Accessing the Administration Section

Navigating to Administration

To begin customizing your settings, simply mouse over your name in the upper right corner and click the "Administration" link. Here, you'll find that each module, starting with Tickets, has its own administration section, categorized into Basic, Popular, and Advanced setups.

Importance of Reviewing Each Section

It's important to review the information under each section thoroughly before using Giva. For many of the setup steps, you'll find short video tutorials, usually less than a minute and a half each, to guide you through the process.

Here, you can create a ticket online for support.
